You have backups, multi-factor sign-in, and an IT provider you trust. What you may not have is someone whose job is to confirm those pieces add up before an insurer, a customer, or a bad week asks. That is our Security Health Check: independent, done alongside your IT provider, and written in plain language.
Why now
Multi-factor sign-in, tested backups, endpoint protection. The Health Check answers their questions with the evidence beside each line.
Answering from a checked, dated report is easier, and more convincing, than answering from memory.
When backups have been restored once and everyone knows who owns what, a bad week is a shorter week.
What you get
A one-page summary of what is working, what is not, and what nobody has checked yet. Each item shows the evidence, who owns it, and when to look again.
Your answers to the questions cyber insurers actually ask, with the proof beside each one. Attach it to your next application or renewal.
A short, prioritized list of fixes written for the people who will do the work, with a clear "done" for each item. We never recommend specific products.
What it is, and what it is not
Questions
No. The Health Check is built for companies where the owner, an office manager, or an IT generalist is the point of contact and an outside provider runs the technology. You answer a questionnaire, share a few documents, and join one call.
Most ask for a copy. The action plan is written for them, in their language, and we recommend no products, so nothing in it competes with them.
About 30 minutes for a questionnaire, a handful of reports your provider can produce in an afternoon, and 60 minutes on a call with you and your provider.
A fixed fee, quoted in writing after a 15-minute call, based on your size and how many systems are involved. It does not change once we start.
No. It is an independent check, not an audit against a standard. If you need SOC 2 or ISO 27001, we will tell you how far away you are and whether you need it at all.
Fifteen minutes is enough to confirm the fit. If a broker, accountant, or IT provider sent you, mention them and we will keep them in the loop.
